Netweb falls 4% despite 335% rise in Q2 revenue

Netweb Technologies India Limited shares fell 3.94% to Rs 4,165 despite Q2 profit rising 334.8% to Rs 136.7 crore. Support is at Rs 4,050. Netweb Technologies India Limited [

NETWEB
] shares fell 3.94% to Rs 4,165.00 on 26 October, despite its Q2 results. The session opened at Rs 4,530.80 and touched a low of Rs 4,106.10. Profit rose 334.8% to Rs 136.7 crore from Rs 31.4 crore a year earlier. Revenue grew 335.7% to Rs 1,323.3 crore from Rs 303.7 crore. The growth is very strong, so the fall may show that expectations were already high, though that is only a possible reason. The update gives no margin or order book data. On the daily chart, the stock fell from a peak near Rs 5,800 in August and is now testing the Rs 4,100 zone, where the rising trend line from 2025 meets an earlier support level. In my view, the stock is at an important test, and the next move depends on whether Rs 4,050 holds. A fall below Rs 4,050, the key support, would put the trend line at risk and lower levels in view. A move above the Rs 4,785 resistance would bring a recovery attempt into focus. Neutral stance while price trades between Rs 4,050 and Rs 4,785. Disclaimer: I do not hold any position in this.
