Supply side order block in TATACONSUMERS

TATACONSUM
The current price structure indicates the presence of a supply-side order block which could act as an important resistance zone for the stock in the near term. The chart shows that price has been moving in a relatively weak structure, with repeated attempts to recover being met with selling pressure. A supply-side order block generally represents an area where significant selling activity was previously seen. When price approaches such a zone again, sellers may become active, making it an important area to monitor for rejection or reversal. The recent price action shows the stock trading around the ₹1,060–₹1,080 zone, while the broader chart structure continues to remain under pressure. The stock has been unable to establish a sustained move above previous swing highs, suggesting that buyers have not yet demonstrated strong control. The monthly return chart also reflects mixed performance, with some positive months such as April (+6.2%), June (+3.5%) and July (+4.4%), but negative months including January (-0.8%), February (-2.7%) and May (-1.2%). This indicates that the stock has experienced volatility rather than maintaining a consistent bullish trend. What Traders Should Watch The supply zone should be closely monitored for price rejection, especially if the stock approaches the zone with declining momentum or increased selling volume. A bearish reversal candle, lower high formation or failure to sustain above the supply area could strengthen the possibility of further downside. On the other hand, a strong breakout above the supply-side order block with convincing volume and sustained price action would weaken the bearish setup and could indicate that buyers are absorbing the available supply.
