IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation) has strong long-term growth

INDIGO
IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation) has strong long-term growth potential, supported by rising air travel demand and its leading position in India’s domestic aviation market. However, profitability remains sensitive to aviation turbine fuel (ATF) prices, rupee depreciation, aircraft availability, operating costs, and foreign exchange fluctuations. The company reported operating revenue of approximately ₹84,962 crore in FY2026, up 5.1%, but posted a net loss of around ₹2,394 crore amid forex and exceptional-item impacts. From a technical perspective, ₹4,200–₹4,300 is an important trendline support zone. If the stock sustains this zone and shows bullish reversal signals with buying volume, a recovery may be possible. However, a decisive breakdown below this support could lead to further downside. Traders should monitor price action and closing levels, while long-term investors should also evaluate quarterly earnings, valuation, and operating performance before making investment decisions.
