Muthoot Capital Services Limited has approved the issuance of up to ₹125 crore worth of NCDs through private placement. The company will issue 12,500 rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, and taxable NCDs, each with a face value of ₹1,00,000. The NCDs will carry a coupon rate of 9.5% per annum, with interest payable monthly.
