Ola Electric’s Board is scheduled to consider a Rights Issue today, 28 September 2026. The company has not yet disclosed the final issue size, issue price, or exact use of funds.
Earlier this month, the Board had approved a plan to raise up to ₹1,500 crore through equity-linked routes, including a rights issue, QIP, FPO, private placement or other permitted methods.
Ola had already raised approximately ₹780 crore through a QIP in June 2026, which was reportedly oversubscribed by 56%.
The proposed rights issue is intended to allow participation by existing retail, institutional and promoter-group shareholders, subject to applicable regulations.
