Hidden Negative Divergence (also called Hidden Bearish Divergence) is a trend continuation signal seen during corrections in a downtrend. Hidden Negative Divergence occurs when: Price makes a lower high (LH) Indicator (RSI, MACD, Stochastic) makes a higher high (HH) This shows that even though the indicator shows strength, the price remains weak, and the downtrend is likely to continue.
