Adani Energy Solutions Secures 25-Year 2,500 MW Power PPA

Major Renewable Round-the-Clock Power Agreement: Wholly owned subsidiary Powerpulse Trading Solutions Limited (PTSL) has signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with MSEDCL for supply of 2,500 MW Renewable Energy Round-the-Clock (RE RTC) power. The agreement follows Adani Power assigning the rights and obligations of its earlier Letter of Award to PTSL. The original LOA was awarded by MSEDCL in April 2026 for long-term supply of RE RTC power. The contract provides long-term visibility for PTSL's power portfolio and strengthens its role in power aggregation, portfolio management and supply optimisation. MSEDCL's tender requires RTC supply with minimum renewable power obligations, making the contract strategically aligned with India's growing renewable-energy integration.
