ANGEL ONE Q2 RESULTS: STRONG PROFIT GROWTH
Angel One Ltd. delivered a strong Q2 FY27 performance, with consolidated net profit rising 58.2% YoY to ₹334.97 crore, while revenue increased 18.7% YoY to ₹1,426.99 crore. Operating profit jumped 53.4% YoY, and margins improved significantly on a sequential basis. The company also announced an interim dividend of ₹1.40 per share. However, despite the strong earnings, the stock closed Friday, 16 October, at around ₹300, declining approximately 4.15%. This suggests that the market is still assessing sustainability of earnings growth, trading activity and regulatory challenges facing the broking industry. Technical Outlook: The ₹298–₹292 zone is an important near-term support area. Sustaining above this zone could help the stock attempt a recovery towards ₹307–₹315. A decisive breakout above ₹315–₹322, supported by strong volumes, may improve bullish momentum. Conversely, a breakdown below ₹292 could invite further selling pressure.
