$APOLLOHOSP Monday, August 11 | Results Week Begins | Apollo Hospitals

$APOLLOHOSP While NBFCs dominated Friday's conversation, a quieter but potentially more significant story is beginning to unfold in healthcare this week. Apollo Hospitals board meets on Wednesday, August 12 to approve Q1 FY27 results — the first major healthcare earnings print of this results cycle. The trading window is already closed until August 14. The stock touched a 52-week high of Rs 9,050 just days ago before pulling back slightly, making it one of the few Nifty names still trading within striking distance of its annual peak even as the broader index dealt with NBFC-driven volatility. The fundamentals that got it here are well-established. Apollo's hospital business has delivered double-digit revenue growth for seven consecutive quarters. HealthCo — the digital health and pharmacy arm — is showing improving unit economics as it scales. Occupancy rates across Apollo's network continue to run above 70 per cent, a level that sustains strong operating leverage into the revenue line. What the street is watching on Wednesday: revenue growth versus Q1 FY26's Rs 5,842 crore base, HealthCo EBITDA margin trajectory, and management commentary on new hospital capacity additions planned for FY27. A cash dividend of Rs 10 per share with an ex-date of August 14 adds an income angle for short-term holders. On a Monday where NBFC news flow will dominate the open, Apollo's positioning as a defensive high-growth play away from financial sector regulatory noise makes it one of the more interesting contrarian watches heading into the weeK
