KEC

KEC International, trading near ₹3,750-₹3,800, is flashing strong technical warnings. The stock previously plummeted from around ₹7,500 to current levels with little forewarning from major chart patterns. Crucially, the February 2025 lows around ₹3,800 are a significant support level. The stock is now struggling to stay above this point, which is a serious negative technical signal. If it consistently settles below ₹3,800, I believe it could easily fall by another ₹1,000, potentially targeting ₹2,700. In my view, KEC is technically very weak, and a deep, sharp correction is highly probable. I strongly advise against short-selling, but for current holders, any rally might be an opportunity to exit safely. New investors should definitely postpone any buying decisions until this expected correction has fully unfolded. Staying alert here is key to protecting your capital.
