Kizi Apparels
At the Board Meeting held on April 24, 2026, at the company’s Sitapura, Jaipur registered office, the leadership finalized the receipt of the fourth tranche of funds regarding their ongoing preferential allotment of convertible warrants. These warrants, priced at ₹15.50 each—comprised of a ₹10 face value and a ₹5.50 premium—have successfully brought in an additional ₹23,92,500. This capital injection comes specifically from Mr. Abhishek Nathani (contributing ₹3,00,000) and Ms. Suchitra Nathani (contributing ₹20,92,500). For investors, this development is a positive signal. The continued commitment from the promoter and public category allottees to fulfill their payment obligations suggests a strong confidence in the company’s future growth trajectory. By securing these funds through the SEBI-compliant preferential route, the company is effectively strengthening its balance sheet, which should provide the necessary liquidity to execute its strategic plans and ultimately enhance long-term shareholder value.
