Sunshield chemical right issue

company's right issue is closed on 24 oct. but looking at company chart it looks like company is facing great resistance and is set to fall down as shown in chart. company is also trading at high PE. but little positivity is there because of this sector companies are outperforming these days, cautious is advised,
