Yajur Fibres AGM Notice Takeaways 500 crore loan
Yajur Fibres Limited is seeking shareholder approval at its 44th AGM to authorize enabling resolutions. These resolutions allow the company to extend unsecured loans, guarantees, securities, and equity investments up to ₹500 Crore to its subsidiary, Yashoda Linen Yarn Limited, and up to ₹500 Crore to other corporate entities. This proposal provides the management team with substantial balance sheet flexibility to fund capacity expansions in value-added linen yarn production. If fully utilized, the capital injection could significantly expand operational capacity and increase earnings over the medium term. However, the sizeable financial exposure to related parties brings governance risks, debt-servicing concerns, and potential margin dilution if execution falls behind schedule.
