Business Loans - Business loans to individuals who require financial support for their business by providing self-occupied property as collateral with a maximum limit of 60% of the property value. Quasi Home Loans - For refinancing customers’ investments in construction or for the purchase of a house up to Rs. 25 lakhs. Insurance Support - The company has collaborated with insurance companies to offer Credit Shield Insurance and Property Insurance. Target Market The company is an entirely retail-focused housing finance company primarily serving low and middle-income customers. It does not provide any loans to builders or for commercial real estate. It targets first-time home buyers where the collateral is a self-occupied residential property. The company is geographically present in the rural and semi-urban markets of India, with a focus on South India. Low Income Group (LIG) Customers form 79% of AUM and Self Employed Borrowers form 74% of AUM.
