Full-Year FY25 (April 2024 – March 2025) • Assets under Management (AUM): Jio Finance Ltd. (JFSL’s NBFC subsidiary) recorded AUM of ₹10,053 crore as of March 31, 2025, up from ₹173 crore in FY24 and ₹4,199 crore in Q3 FY25. • Total Income: ₹2,079 crore, a 12% year-on-year (YoY) increase. • Income from Business Operations: ₹349 crore. • Pre-Provision Operating Profit (PPoP): ₹1,594 crore. • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹1,613 crore, up 0.5% YoY. • Equity Infusion: ₹1,346 crore invested in group entities to fuel growth. • Dividend: Board recommended a dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share (face value ₹10). Q4 FY25 (January – March 2025) • Total Income: ₹493.24 crore, up 18% YoY. • Operating Profit: ₹338 crore, an 6% YoY increase. • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹316 crore, up 1.76% YoY and 7.2% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ). Operational Highlights JFSL made significant strides in FY25, focusing on four core customer needs: borrowing, investing, transacting, and protecting. The company launched a diverse suite of products, including loans, digital gold, investment trackers, savings accounts, and insurance offerings. Digital Ecosystem • JioFinance App: Achieved 8 million monthly active users (MAU) across digital properties in March 2025. • MyJio Integration: Product offerings integrated with the MyJio app in September 2024, enhancing digital distribution. • Data Intelligence: AI-driven analytics and contextual marketing campaigns improved customer targeting and operational efficiency. Physical Expansion • Jio Finance Limited: Established a presence in 10 Tier-1 cities, catering to demand for retail and corporate lending. • Jio Payments Bank Limited: o Customer base grew to 2.31 million. o Expanded Business Correspondent (BC) network to over 14,000 outlets, a six-fold increase from FY24. Innovative Offerings • JioSoundPay: An industry-first feature on JioBharat feature phones, providing instant audio alerts for UPI payments to enhance merchant security and convenience.
