Two important client-dedicated facilities were commercialised:

The commissioning of dedicated MHI and GE Vernova facilities demonstrates progress against the company’s expansion roadmap.
The next test is whether this expanded capacity can translate into higher utilisation, sustained margins and strong return on capital.
⚠️ KEY RISKS
• Customer concentration & dependence on global OEMs
• High export exposure → currency/geopolitical risks
• Large ongoing capex requirements
• Contingent liabilities of around ₹16 Cr
• ₹52.3 Cr unexecuted capital commitments
• Certain CARO observations, including land-title and audit-trail matters
• Regulatory penalty of ₹11,800 for delayed consolidated RPT disclosure
