Support & Resistance – How Professionals Mark Levels
Most beginners draw support & resistance like horizontal lines randomly.
But as a SEBI-registered analyst, I want you to understand the logic behind them.
🔹 Support – A price level where buying interest is strong enough to halt a downtrend
🔹 Resistance – A price level where selling pressure emerges, capping the uptrend
📌 How I Mark Levels (Professional Approach):
Use Daily & Weekly Charts
Avoid 5–15min timeframes for major levels
Look for Confluence
Multiple touches of a level = Higher reliability
Volume Validation
Support with high volume = Strong base
Resistance with high volume = Strong barrier
Round Numbers Rule:
₹100 / ₹500 / ₹1000 often act as psychological levels
🧠 Pro Insights:
Breakout above resistance with volume = New support
Breakdown below support with volume = Fresh supply zone
Old resistance becomes new support after breakout — Role Reversal
