In an exchange filing, the company informed, “Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, inter alia, to Consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025; and Consider and declare 3 rd interim dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2025-2026”.
