!ASALCBR fixes Record Date for ₹2.00 Final Dividend for FY25

!Asalcbr has fixed Friday, 25th July 2025, as the Record Date. This date is set for the purpose of determining the names of members eligible to receive the final dividend for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2025. The recommended final dividend is ₹2.00 per Equity Share having face value of ₹10.00 each fully paid up (i.e., @ 20%). The payment of this dividend is subject to approval at the ensuing 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM). If approved, the dividend will be paid/dispatched after the AGM, subject to deduction of tax at source.
