Q3 Results FY2026: Profit rises 4.5% to Rs 796 cr; revenue jumps 22% YoY to Rs 11533 cr

Ashok Leyland posted a 4.5 per cent increase in standalone net profit for the December quarter, reaching Rs 796.02 crore compared to Rs 761.74 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations grew 21.68 per cent year-on-year to Rs 11533.85 crore, reflecting robust demand across its commercial vehicle and related business segments. The company’s Board of Directors, in a meeting held today, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting, which began at 11.45 a.m. IST, approved the financial results by 1.35 p.m. IST. Discussions on other agenda items are ongoing.
