announces credit date for 90% final dividend

BEL Dividend 2025 Credit Date: Bharat Electronics Limited or BEL has announced the payment date for 90 per cent final dividend for financial year 2024-25. BEL, a Navratna defence PSU, had earlier recommended a final dividend payout of 90 per cent or Rs 0.90 per share of Re 1 face value. The dividend was announced by the defence company along with Q4 FY2025 results in May. BEL had set August 14 as the the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders' participation int he corporate action. "The Board of Directors has fixed Thursday, the 14th August, 2025 as Record Date for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial Year 2024-25, if declared at the 71st Annual General Meeting of the company."
