Dividend 2026: Cash reward announced in Q3 results! Profit falls 16% YoY to Rs 288 cr, revenue drops

Bharat Forge Q3 results FY26, Bharat Forge Dividend 2026: Bharat Forge today reported its earnings for the third quarter ended December 2025. Along with the quarterly results, the company announced a dividend for its shareholders. The profit after tax (PAT) reported a decline of 16.7 per cent year-on-year (YoY) to stand at Rs 288 crore in Q3 FY26 against Rs 346 crore posted in the year-ago period. The company’s revenue from operations fell 0.6 per cent YoY to Rs 2083 crore in the reporting quarter against Rs 2096 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.
