BHARTIARTL l overtakes HDFC Bank to become India's 2nd most valuable company
Bharti Airtel, HDFC Bank: Bharti Airtel has overtaken HDFC Bank to become India’s second most valuable listed company by market capitalisation. This comes after the telecom company witnessed its share price rise on Monday. Airtel stock rose for the fourth session in a row. So far this year, Airtel shares are down only 8 per cent, while HDFC Bank shares have fallen sharply by 23 per cent. Notably, Reliance Industries remains number one with a market cap of Rs 18.08 lakh crore.
