QIP floor price: Rs 4500 crore fundraise by BSE 200 pharma company - details

Biocon QIP Floor Price: Pharmaceuticals company Biocon Ltd, a constituent of BSE 200 index, has announced the opening of its qualified institutions placement (QIP ). Biocon, through an exchange filing on Monday (June 16), said that the Fund Raising Committee has fixed the floor price for QIP. Earlier in April, Biocon board had approved raising funds through issue of securities. The company had then approved to raise the capital by way of issuance of any instrument or security, including shares, non-convertible debt instruments along with warrants or any other convertible securities by way of qualified institutions placement or rights issue etc. Biocon QIP Floor Price In the latest regulatory filing, the company said that it will raise Rs 4,500 crore via QIP. Biocon said that it has set the floor price of Rs 340.2 per equity share for its QIP.
