$BOSCHLTD Dividend 2026: Rs 270 cash reward announced for shareholders in Q4 results; profit at Rs 569 crore - Check quarterly earning details

Bosch reported its Q4 FY2026 consolidated results with revenue rising 13.3 per cent year-on-year to Rs 5,566 crore from Rs 4,911 crore. Profit increased 2.7 per cent YoY to Rs 569 crore from Rs 554 crore, while EBITDA climbed 20.8 per cent to Rs 782 crore from Rs 647 crore. EBITDA margin improved to 14 per cent from 13.2 per cent. Meanwhile, Bosch has recommended final dividend of Rs 270 per share. "Recommended a final dividend of Rs 270/- per equity share of ₹10/- each, subject to approval of shareholders. The total dividend payout for the financial year 2025-26 is Rs 270/- per equity share [previous year 512/-(Final) per equity share]. The said final dividend, if declared, by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid/dispatched on or after August 14, 2026," said Bosch in an exchange filing
