BPCL Q1 Results FY 2026: Net profit up 140% YoY to Rs 6,839.02 cr, revenue rises 1% - Quarterly earnings details
BPCL Q1 Results FY 2026: State-owned Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd on Wednesday reported a rise of 140 per cent in its YoY net profit. BPCL witnessed more than doubling of its first quarter net profit, as marketing margins surged because of holding retail prices despite a drop in input oil cost. The BSE 100 company reported a consolidated net profit (attributed to the owners of the company) of Rs 6,839.02, an increase of 140.69 per cent YoY reported in same quarter of previous financial year, Rs 2,841.55 (Apr-Jun FY25). The first quarter profit is a record for BPCL and is more than half of the full 2024-25 (April 2024 to March 2025) fiscal year earnings. It had reported a net profit of Rs 13,336.55 crore in FY25.
