Certificate under SEBI Regulations for quarter ended June 30, 2025

Energy India Limited received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, regarding Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. MUFG Intime India Private Limited confirmed that the regulation is not applicable to the company as the entire holding of the company’s equity shares are in dematerialized form. The company had allotted 35,61,20,505 equity shares having face value of ₹2 each to the shareholders of Siemens Limited as on the Record Date i.e., Monday, 7th April, 2025 in dematerialized form.
