Coal India Dividend 2025 Announcement In Q2 Results: Stage is set for the announcement of a dividend by Maharatna PSU Coal India . The dividend will be announced by Coal India in its Q2 results. This will be second interim dividend announcement by Coal India for the current financial year FY2025-26. Coal India had earlier announced that a board meeting is scheduled to take place on October 29 (Wednesday) to transact business. "A meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Wednesday, the 29th October, 2025 inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record un-audited financial results of the company for the 2nd quarter ended 30th September, 2025...," Coal India had said in a filing dated October 9, 2025.
