fixes Record Date for ₹6 Dividend for FY25

Limited has announced the record date for the dividend recommended earlier by the Board. The Board had recommended a Dividend of ₹ 6/- per equity share (300%) for the Financial Year 2024-25 on 19th May 2025. This dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Monday, 4th August 2025. The company has fixed Monday, 28th July 2025, as the 'Record Date' to determine the shareholders entitled to receive the dividend. If approved, the dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders on or before Tuesday, 2nd September 2025, subject to tax deduction at source.
