The PSU also declared a final dividend for its shareholders. GAIL Dividend 2026 The Board of GAIL today recommended a final dividend payment of Re 0.50 per share for FY 2025-26. This is in addition to an interim dividend of Rs 5.00 per share, taking the total payout ratio to 51.9 per cent. The dividend, however, is subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
