dividend 2025: Rs 15 per share announced; record date fixed

HAL Dividend 2025 Record Date: Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL), a defence PSU, has declared 300 per cent or Rs 15 final dividend per share for its investors. HAL has also set the dividend record date for the payment of dividend amount. HAL is a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Defence. In an exchange filing dated June 27, HAL said that the board has recommended a dividend of Rs 15 per share of Rs 5 face value. This is the final dividend by HAL for FY 2024-25.
