dividend 2026: Highest-ever amount of Rs 35 declared, record date fixed; Check Q3 PAT, revenue

HAL Dividend 2026, HAL Q3 Results FY26: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, a state-run aerospace company, has declared an interim dividend of 700 per cent or Rs 35 per share of Rs 5 face value. This is the highest-ever dividend amount declared by HAL so far, according to BSE website. The dividend was announcement was HAL along with Q3 results FY2026. HAL has also fixed the record date and payment date for Rs 35 interim dividend. In an exchange filing, HAL said, "The Board of Directors of the Company has declared first interim dividend of Rs 35 per equity share of Rs 5 each fully paid up (70%) for the Financial Year 2025-26."
