IT major HCL Technologies Ltd, in the exchange filing, informed the leading exchanges – BSE and NSE - that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on Monday, July 13, 2026, to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
