HCL Tech Dividend Announcement In Q2 Results: HCL Technologies Limited, a largecap IT company, has declared the schedule for Q2 FY2025-26 results (quarterly results). The IT company has said that its board could also recommend third interim dividend for the shareholders. In an exchange filing dated September 23, HCL Tech said that a board meeting will take place before Diwali to approve the financial statement for the second quarter and also decide on the payment of third interim dividend for FY2026.
