HDFC Bank Bonus Shares Record Date: HDFC Bank shares are in focus as the private sector is all set to turn ex-date for bonus issue this week. This is the first-ever bonus issue by HDFC Bank. HDFC Bank bonus issue was announced by the bank along with a special dividend during the Q1 FY26 results. As per an exchange filing, HDFC Bank bonus issue ratio has been fixed at 1:1. The bonus ratio of 1:1 means that 1 free or additional share of R 1 face value of HDFC Bank will be given to all the eligible shareholders.
