Oil Exploration Company to hold 41st AGM on Sept 15, 2025

Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Limited will hold its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 10:30 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25 and the AGM Notice are being sent electronically to members who have registered their email addresses. The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 9, 2025 to September 15, 2025, for the AGM. The cut-off date for determining members eligible to vote is September 8, 2025. The remote e-voting period is from September 10, 2025 (9:00 a.m. IST) to September 14, 2025 (5:00 p.m. IST). Members will consider the appointment of Statutory Auditors, M/s BSR & Co. LLP, for a term of five years, with a remuneration of ₹35 lakhs excluding taxes for FY 2025-26.
