With India's rising steel capacity and infrastructure push, zinc demand is set to grow, making this expansion crucial. Current Capacity & Future Growth Right now, Hindustan Zinc produces 1.1 MTPA of metal. The company is also entering the critical minerals market and has secured key mining blocks across India. Meanwhile, its roaster and fertiliser plant projects are progressing well.
