HAL Dividend 2026: State-run aerospace and defence major Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. has recommended a final dividend of Rs 10 per equity share for the financial year 2025–26, subject to shareholder approval at its upcoming annual general meeting. The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing on Monday, stating that its board had approved the dividend payout along with other key decisions. “The Board… has, inter-alia, recommended the final dividend… for the financial year 2025–26, for approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM,” HAL said in its filing.
