Q1 Results Date: ICICI Bank , the country’s second-largest private sector lender, will announce its first quarter results for FY 2025-26 (Q1 FY26) on Saturday, July 19, 2025. The bank informed the stock exchanges about the upcoming earnings announcement through an official filing on June 25. According to the filing, the board of directors will meet on July 19 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. “...the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, to, inter alia, consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ending June 30, 2025,” ICICI Bank said in its exchange filing.
