Prudential AMC Q4: Final dividend of Rs 12.40 declared in quarterly results - Check details

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company has recommended a final dividend of Rs 12.40 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The payout will be made to eligible shareholders after approval. "Recommended a final dividend of Rs 12.40 per equity share to the equity shareholders of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend on equity shares, will be paid to the eligible Members after the same is approved by the Members at the ensuing AGM of the Company," ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company said in an exchange filing on Monday, April 13.
