dividend 2026: Indian Energy Exchange announces record date; board meeting on Jan 29

IEX Dividend Record Date: Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) could soon announce to reward its investors by distributing an interim dividend. In an exchange filing dated January 21, IEX said that it the schedule for the next board meeting has been fixed to consider and approve a dividend proposal along with the quarterly results (Q3 FY2026). Additionally, IEX has also fixed the record date for the payment of interim dividend. IEX dividend will be announced along with the Q3 FY26 results. According to the filing, IEX board will meet on January 29, 2026 to transact businesses. The filing added that February 4, 2026 will be considered as the record date for the payment of dividend.
