iation Q1 results: Indigo parent reports standalone loss of Rs 381 crore, revenue rises 20% YoY - Quarterly earnings details

Interglobe Aviation Q1 results: InterGlobe Aviation, the parent of India's largest airline IndiGo, reported a mixed set of standalone earnings for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27 (Q1 FY27), with strong revenue growth offset by a sharp decline in profitability due to a combination of fuel price escalation, adverse foreign exchange movement and the Middle East conflict. InterGlobe Aviation reported a standalone net loss of Rs 382 crore for the quarter ended June 2026, compared with a net profit of Rs 2,161 crore posted in Q1 FY26. On a sequential basis, the net loss narrowed significantly from Rs 2,662 crore reported in Q4 FY26, improving by 86 per cent. The company's consolidated loss stood at Rs 238 crore for the three months ended June 2026. Budget carried Indigo's revenue from operations increased 20 per cent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 24,584 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 20,496 crore posted in the year-ago period. Sequentially, the revenue rose 10 per cent from Rs 22,438 crore in Q4 FY26.
