Infosys Foundation launches Springboard Livelihood Program

Foundation launched the Infosys Springboard Livelihood Program, aiming to create half a million jobs in India by 2030. The foundation has committed over ₹200 crore in the first phase of the program. The program focuses on job creation for graduates and undergraduates in STEM and non-STEM industries. It will offer industry-relevant curricula in technologies like AI and machine learning, and functions like digital marketing and finance. Foundational modules will cover communication skills, time management, and interview preparation. Infosys Foundation is collaborating with nearly 20 implementation partners, including ICT Academy, Unnati, and NIIT Foundation.
