Infosys Share Buyback 2025 Last Date: Infosys shares in focus today (November 26) as today is the last date to tender shares for buyback. The tender period for the buyback offer of Infosys started on November 20 (Thursday). As per the rule, the period during which shareholders can tender their shares in a buyback offer is 5 working days. Accordingly, today (November 26) is the last date for eligible shareholders of Infosys to tender their shares in the buyback. Infosys had set November 14 as the record date for its Rs 18000 crore share buyback programme. It means that Infosys shareholders who held shares of the IT company in their Demat account on record date are eligible to tender their shares in the buyback. "The Company has fixed November 14, 2025 as the record date (Record Date) for the purpose of determining the entitlement and the names of the equity shareholders, who are eligible to participate in the buyback," Infosys had said.
