Dividend 2025: IOCL to announce interim dividend today

Indian Oil Dividend 2025: Shares of Indian Oil Corporation, a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, are in focus today (Friday, December 12) as its board is scheduled to meet to consider a proposal for the declaration of an interim dividend. This will be the first-ever interim dividend announcement by Indian Oil for the current fiscal (FY2025-26). Maharatna company Indian Oil, a constituent of the BSE 100 index, informed in an exchange filing dated 28 November that its Board of Directors will meet today, December 12, to consider and approve the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. If approved, this would be the company’s first interim dividend for the current financial year and the second following its recent bonus issue.
