Indian Oil Corporation has announced that its board will consider a second interim dividend for shareholders next week. An exchange filing in this regard was shared by the state-owned oil major today. Indian Oil Dividend 2026 Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC) today informed the bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on March 6, 2026, to consider and approve the declaration of a second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-2026. "...it is hereby informed that a meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled on Friday, the 67 March 2026, wherein the Board of IndianOil will consider declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend for the financial year 2025-26," Indian Oil said in the filing.
