stock delisting: Shares delist from Calcutta Stock Exchange

ITC Stock Delisting: ITC Limited has completed the voluntarily delisting of its shares from a stock exchange while was established more than 100 years ago. In an exchange filing on Thursday (Nov 20), ITC announced that its shares have been delisted from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE). ITC delisting takes effect from November 20, 2025. ITC had announced the delisting of its shares from Calcutta Stock Exchange while declaring the Q2 results. With this, ITC shares will not longer be listed on the Calcutta Stock Exchange. However, ITC shares will be available for trading on the BSE and the National Stock Exchange (NSE). ITC said in filing that the Calcutta Stock Exchange has granted its approval for voluntary delisting of the ordinary shares from its "official list of exchange" with effect from November 20, 2025.
