Q3 Results FY 2026: PAT up 4% YoY to Rs 3446 crore

Kotak Mahindra Bank Q3 Results FY 2026: Kotak Mahindra Bank on Saturday reported a 4 per cent increase in standalone net profit at Rs 3,446 crore for the third quarter ended December 2025 . The Mumbai-based private sector lender had earned a net profit of Rs 3,305 crore in the year-ago period. Total income rose to Rs 16,741 crore during the quarter under review from Rs 16,050 crore in the same period last year, Kotak Mahindra Bank said in a regulatory filing. Q3FY26 consolidated PAT includes estimated incremental cost of Rs 98 crore (post tax) pursuant to new Labour Code.
