Mindteck (India) Limited has fixed Friday, August 01, 2025, as the Record Date for determining members' entitlement to dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Register of Members will be closed from Saturday, August 02, 2025, to Friday, August 08, 2025 (both dates inclusive) for the purpose of the 34th AGM and to determine members eligible to receive the dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
