Shareholders whose names appear as on close of business hours of April 17, 2026 (“Record Date”) (1) as Beneficial owners as per the list to be furnished by the Depositories in respect of the shares held in electronic form and (2) as Members in the Register of Members of the Company in respect of shares held in physical form, would be entitled to receive the interim dividend. Muthoot Finance Dividend 2026 Payment Date The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration, said the company in the exchange filing. Muthoot Finance reported a standalone net profit of Rs 2,656 crore, an increase of 95 per cent YoY against Rs 1,363 crore reported in the same quarter last year. On sequential basis, the net profit improved by 10 per cent.
